What was the highlight of Tag Resort
A great potential still to be untapped
Good set up, very nice breakfast and generally the restaurant was good, good accommodation, exotic landscape, polite staff, prompt associated services (laundry).
We have been welcomed with a 3 min non stop speech about what are the different activities in resort and associated schedules. All delivered with the grace of a robot! Forgot it al the 3rd second after the lady from reception finished it. There is no Spa, the massage, if you want one, being delivered in your room (no thank you!). Between 7h00 and 8h00 p.m. there is live music. You have two options: postpone the dinner if you want conversation with your partner or have a ”silent” one. Sure, from conversation point of view. We asked for quieter music and we were moved far away from the band, but the volume button could not be touched. Lastly, the nice open air pool bar is a non-smoking area. You are exiled (told rather abruptly) in a corner of the place, where a fixed ash tray stands and so do you, unless you manage to get a chair from somewhere. Nothing against a non-smoking policy (I do smoke only cigars), but it should be properly advertised on the resort page, so that you make the booking fully informed. Last thing you expect on a opened pool exotic bar is a non smoking policy. Second last is a non alcohol policy. :)))))))

What was the highlight of Tag Resort
Recommended for a relaxing stay in Coron
Location is in the quiet part of town but still very accessible. The resort is sprawling. It has 2 big pools, both with plenty of lounge chairs & nooks where one can just hang out the entire day. Coffee shop, convenience store and food stalls available in front of the hotel where one can buy cheaper food if you don’t like to eat inside the hotel all the time. Staff were all friendly & helpful.
While the tour service at the front desk made it convenient for guests (esp first-timers) to book tours, I found out they were charging much higher than what was available from the primary tour operators.

Perfect place for relaxing!
-a place surrounded by a lot of vegetation, a real oasis with a calming vibe. During the first part of the day the pool area was almost empty, perfect for relaxing -delicious drinks at the pool bar and nice staff -nice show every evening -a coffee shop located inside the hotel area -clean room
-breakfast could be improved, at least from an European taste perspective, (ham, variety of cheese, more fruits would be appreciated)
